  9.           DEFINITIONS FOR APPLICATION TO INTERNATIONAL
  10.                     TELEVISION TRANSMISSIONS

  13.        Add the following new terms to the Recommendation:

  15. "16.   Programme originator
  16.  
  17.        A customer at a transmitting country needing up-linking  of  a
  18. transmission to Television Receive Only Stations (TVROs) not  related
  19. to an ITC (see Figure 6/N.51).

  21. 17.    International satellite transmission centre (ISTC)
  22.  
  23.        A centre at a transmitting country responsible for  the  national
  24. extension and up-link to satellite. This term  is  applicable  only  for
  25. transmission to TVROs not related to an ITC (see Figure 6/N.51).

  27. 18.    Television Receive Only Station (TVRO)
  28.  
  29.        An earth station which is used only for reception (see  Figure  6/N.51).
  30. In this respect the term is used to denote any TVRO whose owner  is  authorized
  31. to receive the programme material.

  33. 19.    Fault reporting centre (FRC)
  34.  
  35.        A centre at a receiving country dealing with enquiries and fault reports 
  36. concerning transmission to TVROs not related to an ITC. (See Figure 6/N.51.)"
